Hi, My name is Andrea , I was working retail for 28 years and had enough of working 9-5. I have 3 kids and wanted to be able to enjoy their school activities, so I decided to leave and enter the Market organising world.
I have been a Market Manager for 6 years and organise 4 markets including the Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market.
I am excited to help build the Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market to an amazing market in a beautiful location.

STALL HOLDER INFORMATION
The Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market will be held every Saturday morning. This will be held in all weather, only being cancelled should the weather conditions deem it unsafe to continue.
It is held 8am – 12 noon next to the Munda Biddi Trail, All vendors are required to stay until 12 noon (the end of the event).
ENTRY
Entry for stallholders will be the entry near the front of the Scout/Girl Guides hall on Jacoby Street. Vehicles will not be permitted on site, however the area is relatively flat for any wagons or trolleys used to transport products to your stall.
The Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market is an outdoor event; stallholders will be required to provide their own 3mx3m marquee.
Vendors requiring a large space for demonstrations or seating are welcome to discuss their requests with the Event Organiser.
POWER
No power will be supplied by the market. Should power be required, vendors will need to supply it. All generators much be at a low decibel to ensure they do not interfere with other stallholders or customers.
MARKETING
We will be using Facebook and Instagram to promote the events. Each vendor is encouraged to post on our event pages, advertising their products and presence at the festival. If you don’t have a social media page or website link please email photos and a blurb about your business to: market@mundaring.org.au
FEES
- Stall Holders – $40 per 3mx3m stall, doubles available. If you do not have your own insurance and require using our insurance – $60 per 3×3 stall, doubles available.
- Food trucks – $40 per stall.
- Community stalls and not for profit organisations – are exempt from paying fees.
Food vendors will have an additional shire fee will apply to all food vendors ($40 per event or $120 6-month Permit and $180 annual Permit) this will be payable through us with our stall holder invoicing.
Please note: Shire stall holder fee not applicable to not-for-profits organisations or fresh fruit and vegetables sold whole.
Failure to pay within the designated timescale may result in forfeit from the market.
